A referral service, not a contractor

We don't run our own crews. When you call or send the form, we connect you with an independent local restoration company that serves your area. They inspect, give you the estimate and do the work. Any agreement for work is between you and that company, on its own terms and estimate. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for its work.

Information on this site

Pages describe water damage and how restoration is typically done. They are general information, not an assessment of your property, and not an offer to do work at any price. Cost ranges are planning figures, not quotes.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate contact and property details.
• Have the owner's authority to request an inspection or work.
• Don't misuse the site or send false requests.

Contact permission

By sending a form or calling, you agree that we and the restoration company we connect you with may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can opt out at any time.

Content and liability

Text, layout and images belong to Water Damage Restoration Pembroke Pines or are used with permission. Photos are illustrations. The site is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect losses from using it, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
